GPRS satting on samsung GT-S3653

Hello,

I have recd the message in my coby set that GPRS system is actvated , thn I tried for internet, but did not work. I called the customer care BSNL, they advised to send message the mobile manufaturer name , model name to 58355, when I entered SAMSUNG GT-S3653 , I recd a message that your format is not correct. thn I called agen the BSNL customer care they said that your mobile modal no. GT-S3653 is not velied for use BSNL GPRS so send other mobile modle no. Pl. advise.
