Accidently deleted headphone icon<playback<so

Hello,

Hello,
Sir, i am using windows 7. Accidentally i deleted the headset icon, how to retrieve it back to its place.
I did the following by going to control pannel > sounds > right clicked in the open space it showed a window to enable devices, i enabled that in spite of that the headset icon is not to seen.
Request for help

I TRIED IT BUT IN VAIN.
THERE IS NO REPLY IN C DRIVE > PROGRAMES > WINDOWS >
TRY PLS HELPING ME.
MY WORRY AGAIN IS > I FEEL I WOULD HAVE ACCIDENTLY DELETED THE HEADPHONE ICON UNDER SOUND. hOW CAN I EVER RETRIVE THE HEADPHONE ICON BACK UNDER SOUND > PLAYBACK > LIST
PLS HELP
