My msn plus wont work

Hello,

i downloaded msn plus and it wont work it just came up with the same msn i had before. only the contacts names worked ( the colours appeared) and the new icons wont work. what can i do to get the new things up so my scripts and stuff will work ?

Dear Sir,

Please consider removing the application and getting it reinstalled again for it should be missing some files.
