Excel Macro to sort columns of diff category

I have a spreadsheet that i'm supposed to "automate" because the source keeps changing I'm not sure how to so.. I'm here.. I need to figure out a way to sort this by products in column 1 then search for "flowers" in column b and each of its regions and pull the values in C that match. I've been told to write a macro but im not sure how to do that rather than just pull the fixed references.

the cells look like this-

Product East coast (2) 30
Product Central (1) 10
Product Midwest 10
Product West 20
Product Metals 110
Product East coast (1) 210
Product East coast (2) 310
Product Central (1) 110

Plant Flowers 55
