LAN connectivity problem

Hello,

well i wanted to ask can we connect two laptops by LAN one is having windows 7 and other XP ,and one of them will b running a dot net application and other will be running a visual basic program and these 2 laptops will b connected by LAN.

yes you can connect your two laptops by using crossover cable or USB Bridge Cable.
