Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 Laptop. On the way back from Bonnaroo to Oklahoma I attempted to turn on the PC. It begins a boot cycle then the CAP Lock light and the Down arrow light flash. The PC never boots. Does anyone know what happened here?
