Hello,

Thanks for your reply...but it does not ask me the pass code to enter when i say pair with device it does it automatically and does not require any 0000 to be entered.and disconnects the pairing after 5 seconds.

Hi there,

Let the device be on charge for 5 hours since you recently purchased it then try again for pairing it.
