1-Run an elevated command prompt as Administrator.
For Windows Vista 32-bit user, ensure that the command prompt is at C:\Windows\System32\ folder. For Windows Vista x64-bit, issue the following command to change to 64-bit folder in order to use the correct DLL files:
cd ..\SysWow64
2-Type the following command and hit Enter:
regsvr32 jscript.dll
and optionally (if problem persists),
3-regsvr32 vbscript.dll
4-Run the Adobe installer again.
i had the same problem but i did step 1 and 2 and everything worked like a dream

yea im having the same exact problem... im installing the whole adobe cs3 pack, and when its done installing the only thing that doesnt install is adobe flash professional cs3... someone please help...
