Hello,

When i try to connect my samsung mobile Gt-C3510 to my laptop using usb cable, i always get an error message that reads. "Unregistered model cannot be connected". Does that mean i need to install a software that supports my mobile phone?

Please use driver cd for the handset and install its pc suite to proceed successfully,
