Dead Dell

Hello, I have a 3 year old Dell Inspiron Notebook, after I unplugged the power the battery icon flashed orange but when I plugged in the power again & pressed the power button, it lit up for 4 seconds & then NOTHING. I tried the unplug, pull battery & press power button for 30 seconds to no avail - any other suggestions most welcome! Val

Dear Sir,

Please consider checking whether the problem is not actually coming from the Power Supplying Unit or its motherboard if it is confirmed that the battery is charging correctly.
