Problem in pendrive

Hello, i have a pendrive.when i paste something to it then a dialoge appear that 'the directory cannot be created.
when i scan my pendrive then my anti virus shows an error that device parameter is incorrect.
so help

Hi there,

Your device is corrupt ,try formatting it,if unable then cannot be repaired unless having write protection on it.
