Hi Pavan,
I strongly recommend you to check the pendrive on another PC. The problem persists? Are hose videos and images visible on the pendrive or they are missing? Try opening the Command Prompt. Select the directory of the pendrive and use the following command: ATTRIB -S -H *.* /S /D. Check again if it is possible to open the files. Check the link below for some additional suggestions:
