LG KP501 PC SUITE 'cannot execute

Hello,


I have installed Pc suite sucessfully on my computer and it shows phone connected. (LG KP501). My problem is, when i try to access any of the options, a message comes up on the phone 'cannot execute (conflicts with missed calls) Help please, its driving me crazy.

Hi there,

Reset the mobile phone to factory settings then connect to pc ,this should work.
