Hello,
I am unable to open anything I download, start in safe mode, open task manager; nothing. I can get online through Firefox but have found nothing that I can open to get rid of AV Security Suite! Help!

Since you are unable to open anything, try "BitDefender Online Scanner" just
click on the below link and perform online scan.
https://www.bitdefender.com/toolbox/
Click on "Start Scan"
