try this 1
To remove write protection in pendrive, just click on the below link.

To remove the autorun.inf files
Try this free application "AutoRunExterminator", just click on the below link to
download the file
http://www.insidecore.net/are/autorunexterminator.zip
Extract that file---->double click on it--->if it finds any autorun files, it
automatically deletes them. Click on the "AutoRunExterminator" icon in the
system tray to find the results. If it detects autorun.inf file when you plug your
pen drive, it simply deletes the autorun.inf file.
Manual way to remove the autorun.inf file is
Click on Start --->Run ---->type cmd and press enter. Command prompt opens.
Here I assume your pendrive letter as G
type theses commands
g: and press enter
attrib -h -r -s autorun.inf and press enter
del autorun.inf and press enter
