Justin TV not working.

Hello, Every time i try to load up Justin.tv it says it won't connect, I've tried with my brother's computer and it works fine, I have tried all my browsers *Firefox, Google chrome and Windows Explorer* They all show the same thing.

Dear Sir,

Please consider using an online proxy to access to it for the website should have been blocked by your administrator.
