the same thing is happenning to me to. and at 14% as well. I have tried redownloading it several times but that doesn't work.

Same thing happened to me too, also at 14%. I thought it might've been that i didn't have enough space on my ps3 left to download..but i don't think so anymore.
Comes up with error 80029564. I turned my ps3 off and back on later half way through the download..which after googling the code error a few others had the same issue.
i've been told to re-download it because it shouldn't cost anything having already payed and re-install. i'll see what happens and come back.
OTherwise...add the_alice on the ps3 if u wanna get in touch.
