I cant open up anything on my computer

Hello,
I think i have a virus on my computer i can not open any programs. ctrl alt del also does not show up i can open up start but once i click on a program it shows its open on my bars but not on my screen. i have tried IE and it only shows me half of the page and i cant move it down. Please help

i think u hav to format ur pc.jst restart ur pc & then press F8 key it will open the booting window then select formatting option.&it will help u to solve ur problem
