Sony walkman mp3 player

Hello
Model : NWZ-B142F
Question : Sir,my mp3 player is doesnt recognized by the PC.when it plugs into the USB port,a pop up occurs and say "WALKMAN" then another popup occurs and say "MTP device" and then serches for DRIVER.The mp3 player is not detected by the device manger.
recent change:i changed my OS yesterday
please help me.......

Dear Vinu,

Please get to the Device Manager and get the driver updated in order to get the connection completed.

There is only one way to solve your problem, so you must disconnect your pc from your power supply and try again.
