Sony walkman power off button stuck

Hello,

can you let me know why my sony walkman is stuck in the "power off" I cannot turn it off or do anything with it there is no battery inside that I can remove

There is a small hole for reset. Just put a pin inside and press. the device will come to normal. u will not lose any data
