Samsung corby B3313 facing problems

Hello,


I have purchased samsung corby B3313 two months back.
I am facing lots of issues with it.
1) QWERTY keypad is not working.
when I press any key cell gets switched off and then it restarts again.
2)Camera is not working
3)When I switchoff my cell it restarts on its own
4)When I try to transfer data its says memory is full. I have just saved 9 songs in 1GB.

Can anybody tell what might be the reason for above problems?
Please share if you are facing similar issues with your B3313.
