bluetooth doesnt work Closed

Hello, 

can you help me please ? my bluetooth desn't work .i don't now why .when i clic on my bluetooth folder she said '' setup-bluetooth stack and that the instalation will take 15 minutes but nooo ...:(( plzz can you help me ? 

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Please give more information on it,check in device manger if the device driver is installed or missing,also mention if its an integrated Bluetooth device or usb external?
