Hello maybe you do not have the appropriate drivers for your Ethernet controller, but if you have a wireless router and your computer has the wireless technology could connect but it would be a bit 'slow connection

Hello,
Go to your manufacture website, download the drivers and install it.
Click on the below link, enter your model number in the search bar & press enter.
https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support
Then Click on your laptop model --> Click on "Support"
Click on "Drivers & Software" (you can find it at right side) and then select your
OS --> Download the chipset & LAN drivers install it.
Go to your manufacture website, download the drivers and install it.
Click on the below link, enter your model number in the search bar & press enter.
