Ethernet Controller Driver Acer Aspire T180

Hi, I recently used the Acer recovery disk on my Acer Aspire AST180-ED380M to reinstall windows, but now I have multiple drivers missing. I used the recovery cd that came with my computer but it will not restore these drivers for some reason.

My problem is that Ethernet controller driver is missing and I cannot access the internet with the computer to update any of the question marks.

I did read another post with how to solve this problem but the links have gone down and I am looking for some help. It has windows xp home on it. Any help is greatly appreciative.
