Lg ge20lu11 burner manual?

Hello,
i am looking for the manual for the LG supermulti external dvd rewriter model ge20lu11
i am having trouble burning avi mpeg and wmv files copuld anyone by any chance point e in the direction or help provide with the info to make all this work it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

Try another burning applications and try to burn it at low speed.

If the problem still exists, try to upgrade the firmware.

The burning issues are with the writer application in use ,which application are you using for burning ?please mention it .
