Ipod nano can't play video

Hello,


There are some videos on my ipod that can't be played. Once I press the video to play, the screen becomes all blank (black) and Apple Logo suddenly appears with black background for around 10-15 seconds. After that it restarts itself. Then I tried again and the same thing happened.

Out of 32 videos, only 3 or 4 that can;t be played and happened that way. Can anybody help me? thank you

Dear Jovita,

There might be some missing files or corrupted ones on it and hence it will be advisable to have it restored to factory settings in order to get free from the difficulty.

but those videos which can't be played on the ipod, works well on itunes, Or any else player in my pc. Any way out?
