Action voip in E-72 Registration Failed

I have installed Mobile Voip in my E-72 by action voip account but after giving the correct username and password it coming "Registration Failed". i am in UAE...please help me....

Please contact their support team in order to have clear information about the registration code and hence get the problem fixed.

the mobile should be connected with internet for registration,once it is connected with interner automatically it will register and the balance amount will come
