ITunes could not connect to the iTunes store

 Blocked Profile -

OK...I've read the other entries, and have tried it all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I checked the Internet options, and my LAN stuff was all unchecked. I do not have any antivirus software to block it. I know my computer is on line, but just not working when I try to access the iTunes store--I get that stupid error. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or how in the world do you contact the support for iTunes? (Using Windows XP and IE)
