Forgot gmail password

Hello,

my gmail id is irfan.altos@gmail.com and somebody has been changed my gmail id password and also change my yahoomail id password ( yahoo id - irfanap_95@yahoo.com) now i cant recover my password and changed as well as hint security question.
Now i am not able to use both id's bcoz of password change,,, and i have done many times to recover my password in gmail but its not help me, the main problem is both id's are alternative with same email id


so pls help me and recover my password and send to my email id ...... irfanap_99@yahoo.com
