HP designjet installation error

Hello,
Is HP Designjet 500plus is not compatible with WIN7? It worked well with WINXP3 but when i upgraded my OS to Win7, error like "The requested action could not be completed. Make sure the CD used to start this program is inserted". The intallation CD is inserted on the cd/dvd drive (and it worked with other CDs/DVDs).

Is there anyone who can help me please?

you need to download new drivers from HP. try this link:
