           help naman po di ko po alam kung anung ng yari sa phone ko 7210 supernove everytime i click the video or the mp3 may lumalabas n operation field.. pls help me po.

      everytime i click the video on my phone have always (operation field ) come up.. then i wont able to watch the video. hope u can help me.
