Hello,

I just rcv'd my iP4300 yesterday, cartridges were not included in the purchase. Bought them, Canon, cyan ink lamp does not light, alarm lamp flashes 4 times, indicating cartridge improperly installed or out of ink. Now what???

Hi there,

Have you removed the plastic from the cartridge head before installing on printer?please provide more information.
