VB code to copy names into a work schedule

Hello,

I have a list of employees in a column on one sheet and want to copy each name, one at a time, into their work schedule which uses a vlookup to update their work schedule before each is printed. The code needs to be self-adjusting to stop when the end of the list is reached.
