Your Firefox browser may have gone corrupted. This may be caused bu updates done on your computer, etc. Since your Internet Explorer is working, you may uninstall Firefox, then redownload and reinstall Mozilla firefox.

Other than reinstalling the Firefox, you should also scan your computers by using antivirus/anti-malware program with latest signature.
In addition, you can install other web browsers (IE, Opera, Google Chrome, etc) and test again.
If still not working in the end, maybe it's due to network problem, you can then use this ping tool to troubleshoot the problem. Hope this helps.
