Hello,
When i switched on my dell laptop a message saying hibernating came on along with the waiting sign.So i waited at least 3 minutes to restart but it wasn't responding .So then i switchd off the laptop and held down the button for more than a minute and somehow i guess it re boot the problem is a message came up saying that the web cam is not fucntional and until solution is found what do i do ???

Try re-installing the webcam drivers. You can download the drivers from the
manufacture website. Just click on the below link and download the drivers.
