Dear Sir,
Please consider checking whether there is no virus or trojan or corrupted files causing the problem. Yet consider having your system restored or repaired to get the problem fixed.

Thank you for your awnser.
Actually I got corrected by removing and reinstalling Itunes and restarting the system.
Then I did restore (it asked once) once and removed the Ipod then connected again.
It is working now.
It was may be because of corrupted files as you told .
