Restart.... in shutting down my PC

Hello,

I have a Problem.... restart with in a few seconds when i was shutdown my PC....

I tried in the SYSTEM>ADVANCED>SETTINGS( IN STARTUP and RECOVERY

Restart.... in shutting down my PC
