my hp paavilion ent.nlaptop Closed

Question

Hello, 

when i sleep my laptop when plugged on charge or not on charge when put in sleep mode it just shut off and i cant turn it back on i have  to take back out the battery and replace it again.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Troy, 

You should be closing it the laptop I believe. As soon as you close it down, it hits the power off button and turns it off.
