Nothing will read my SD card!!! Please Help!!

Hello,
I have an SD card but NOTHING is reading it!!! Not my computer, R4, camera, or anything!! What should I do???

Dear Sir,

It is clear that the problem is from the SD card and it should have got damaged.

1st, oooooohhh ok, thanks. So that's it? I just have to get a new one? No possible way I could reformat it or something??
