You can download the drivers from the manufacture website. Click on the
below link and download the drivers.
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&ServiceTag=&SystemID=STUDIO1737&os=WLH&osl=en&catid=&impid=
Select your OS and download the drivers.
Note: Some devices may not function properly if the drivers are installed out of
order. For more information, click on the below link

Try installing your "Chipset" drivers first and then your "Network" drivers.
