Hello,
my web camera was properly connected to my pc and installed but when i start capture vedio the eror is come your vedio capture hardware was not installed please contact hardware wendor and install the vedio capture hardware software cd for your window testing.then what can i do?

I would try this.
"please contact hardware wendor and install the vedio capture hardware software cd for your window testing"
