Pc restarts once then cant open pc

Hello,

When i turn on the avr the cpu turns on then later it turns itself off. . cannot even press del/f8. . It happen so fast. .

Please provide more information on the issue from its beginning,try booting from a live cd or windows installation disk itself attempting for a repair,the link below will guide you:
