You can download the drivers from the manufacture website.
Click on the below link and follow the instructions.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/pfinder?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&tool=&query=Photosmart+C309
Click on "Show all" ---> Select your model ---> Click on "Software & Driver
Downloads" ---> Select your operating system and then click on "Next".
