can't open 07,despite install 07 compatibleClosed

Hello, 

i'm using office2003,i also install 07 fileformat convert from microsoft web,but the problem is:i can only open 07 under administrator account,when i login as my user account,i can't read  word 07,the convert software won't start.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi there,

There are some applications which needs administrative privileges to run,right click on the application and select run as: then enter admin account name and password to run,
