DVD not work

Hello,


My acer 4520 model laptop's DVD writer icon is not appears due to which I am not able to plays DVDs. Ther is not any file namewith Upper filter,lower filter in (4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318) the local registry. Please help me ...............

Please consider checking whether its IDE settings have correctly been set.
