IE-7 problems/ blank page

Hello,


I'm running XP-Pro SP-3

After running Windows Live OneCare safety Scanner (cleared registry) I am unnable to access or click on links within a web page IE-6 & 7 screen flickers, IE-8 blank page opens.

I have tried deleting each IE and re-installing with the same results.

I ran Microsoft FIX-IT did not help.

regsvr32 urlmon.dll, did not change

I opened DCOMCNFG, but when I click on computer folder the whole window shuts down.


Tried system restore, found nothing had changed

Any Suggestions??
