Phone troble

Hello,
im trying to turn on my brand new nokia n97c but it wont turn on, it actually turned on last night then i charged it and this morning it was off and wudnt turn on again, im struggling to turn it on period. but the charging sign comes on so im not sure whats going on. can u help me please .. thanks thanks thanks

Dear Sir,

There might initially be a problem upon its battery but please consider sending to a Repair Shop in order to confirm the source of the problem.
