Cell phone problem

Hello,

how do i get my contacts and my picks off my broken phone. when i plug it in to my computer with a usb it says i dont have the right driver, what do i do

Dear Shortyboy,

You should in fact get the mobile phone's PC Suite installed in order to have the files transfer completed.
