Hello,

i purchased qt-56, i transfer songs and pictures via blue tooth. bt files are not seems to me. i cannot see the pictures,i can only here the songs. and what is the use of USB wire. the file is not is not transferring through USB wire.

wt to do.

Hi there,

Please give correct information,from what to what are you making file transfers?in both there are specific folders to save the received items,data cable is for same purpose for which pc suite needs to be installed to use it,browse the cd obtained with handset to install it.

ok i should clear myself----

after purchasing qt-56, I transfer my files from pc to my mobile, via blue tooth. In mobile, received files are showing all the datas that i have transfer. Bt I only can hear the songs ,I cannot see the pictures. While opening the picture files I m getting the message-"system busy or decode timed out".

I m getting the same problem with the data cable. I havn't received the cd for installation. The dealer have not given me.

help me out.
