No internet access..

I live in Saudi Arabia and i have been trying to get internet access. I use aljawal and whenever I try to subscribe to the easy net service of aljawal a message comes giving many options and numbers to activate differnt services and therefore i havent been able to activate it. So i thought it must already be activated and when i try to get access to the internet it always says "Packet data not available.Check Network services".And i have also send an sms to 2222 with the word jawalnet and they told me in that message to save and i did so but still i cant access the internet.I was an avid user of internet in my homeland but here in Saudi Arabia, I am not able to use it. I have nokia 6120 classic mobile.Can somebody please help me with this problem. I would be really be very grateful if i could get an appropriate answer.
